Entire noble “palazzo”, building, of ancient construction (1800), subject to protection under the Legislative Decree 42/2004 (ex law 1089/39), located in the historic city center. Consisting of an area of the cadastral surface of approx. 4000 sqm (between covered and uncovered) on which there is an irregularly shaped building, which can be divided into four buildings side by side comprising: – a first rectangular body, consisting of three floors above ground and a partial basement, served by a stairwell without a lift, used as offices and services on the floors above ground and a technical room for a small part of the basement; another part of the basement is inaccessible as the access has been walled up and the other part, again in the basement, is occupied by a crawl space; – a second body of the building, L-shaped, with access from Corso Vittorio Emanuele II at number 9-11 and from Via Burlamacchi at number 4-6, consisting of three floors above ground and a basement, served by two stairwells without elevator, used as offices and services on the ground and first floors, with various functions (and currently largely unused) the second floor (partially attic); the underground part is currently inaccessible as the entrances are walled up; – a third building, small in size, rectangular in shape, with access from the internal courtyard, consisting of two floors above ground, served by a stairwell without a lift, used as a warehouse, archive and technical room; – a fourth small building, rectangular in shape with access from the internal courtyard, consisting of a floor above ground, used as deposits. The uncovered area,is used as passages and greenery; the external courtyard is equipped with a driveway.The entire property is delimited, as well as by the buildings described above, by masonry fences.
