CHIANTI AREA: On the beautiful hills of Panzano, the heart of Chianti Classico, this estate of 17 hectares (8 of Sangiovese vines and 2000 olive trees) is located, perched on a hill just below the ancient village. The access to the property takes place through two different and short unpaved roads that start from the town.
The complex, of almost 1400 square meters, consists of three villas each with its own land, swimming pool (indoor or outdoor) and outdoor. In total there are 18 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms.
Two of the villas were built during the 16th and 17th centuries as a farmhouse, a third is a new and modern project.
The villas have maintained all their original characteristics through the centuries until the last owner, who carried out a laborious renovation process, which included the search for the specialized architect, a construction company formed by artisans of the area, and a search of original materials and furnishings from all over Italy, in order to have the flooring made by hand, the fireplace, the forged iron, the doors, etc. The skilful renovation and tasteful decoration was finished in the winter of 2018.
